Taco Soup:

This is Isabel’s go to recipe for dinner. Taco Soup is easy and a cheap way to feed your family and have leftovers! It is so yummy!

What you need:

  • Hamburger meat

  • 2 Cans of shredded tomatoes

  • 2 Cans of corn

  • 1 Can of pinto beans

  • 1 Can of kidney beans

  • 1 Can of black beans

  • Shredded cheese

  • 1 Pack of Hidden Valley Ranch Fiesta Mix

  • Salt

  • Pepper

  • Worcestershire sauce

  • Sour cream

  • Chips

Directions:

  • Brown the hamburger meat and mix in salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce and drain any grease. Also mix in the Hidden Valley Ranch Packet.

  • Open can of tomatoes and corn and pour in with the juice!

  • Open cans of beans and rise and drain the beans

  • Pour in all canned ingredients and add water

  • leave on the stove to simmer and add water when necessary

  • stir occasionally

  • serve with cheese, sour cream, and chips

*you can take an left overs and freeze them! Bring them out later and reheat after thawing!
