Best Sandwich Dough Ever

Ingredients
4 -5 cups all purpose flour
2 tablespoons rapid rise, instant yeast
⅓ cup granulated sugar
1 tsp salt
1½ cups warm milk , 110 degrees
5 tablespoons butter, softened
1 egg , room temperature
2 tablespoons melted butter
Instructions:
- Mix all of the ingredients but the flour and melted butter in a bowl, and let ut sit for a few minutes
- When the mixture is foamy, add the flour 1/2 cup at a time, kneading until the dough is light and fluffy, and not sticky to the touch.
- Place in a covered bowl to rise for 30 minutes
- Preheat the oven to 375. Shape the dough into rolls, loaves, or Buns and let rise again for 30 minutes.
- Bake rolls for 12-15 minutes, Buns for 15-18 minutes, and Bread loaves for 30-45 minutes
- When done, immediately brush with the melted butter. Serve fresh out of the oven or let cool and store for up to 3-5 days
